I discovered when troubleshooting slowness problem that the Output queue from show interface command on all 2960 interfaces was 0/0 (size/max). I know the default output queue is 0/40. Has anyone seen this before? Do you think the output queue 0 will affect the user experience? I had input QOS policy applied. see example configs at the bottom.
thanks,
Alison

Hi ,
I think some one may configured it as hold-queue out 0. (i just tried this on a 65k and then it won't show up in config) .
Please change it back to 40.
Thanks,
Madhu.
