P2P Connection with Docsis Modem

i just want to know if is possible to create a P2P connection over coax betwen 2 cisco routers with these interface cards:

Hello Dave,

as you probably already know you cannot do this exactly for the same reason you cannot connect two ADSL back to back: lack of central site/ cable head end
