Packet drop observed in Nexus 7K, suspecting NX-OS bug

Dear Folks,

 Have Nexus 7009 and running in NX-OS 6.2(6). 

Have connected a server in one the line card (N7K-F248XT-25E)

This server is intermittently not reachable from LAN and  getting rechability while configuring this server in some other port in the same module.

This is access port & belongs to a VLAN. During the issue occurrence, the interface has been in UP status and no errors been reported. 

Let me know whether this could be NX-OS bug ?? Thanks in advance !!!

Hi,

If the ports are configured exactly the same and one port does not work and all the other ports work fine than it could be an issue with that port/module and no necessary a Nexus-OS bug.

Is the log showing anything error message before it went down? Please post the show interface ether x/y and show logging from the device. Is it only for that port or multiple ports having this issue
