packet drops

Dear all,

could you please some one help me that i connected cisco 3560G switch and huawei S9303 model series point to point utp cable and tried to ping continously but often i get packet drops.

I tried both devices as auto with auto speed but still same .

I tried both devies are changed to full duplex and speed as 1000 Mbps still same packet drops is there .

plese help me how to avoid  without packet drops.

Do you have multiple VLAN in Cisco 3560 G Switch , If yes Please user the trunk encapsulation IS in Both Switch. else

Configure the Full Duplex and Speed 1000 in Both interface of both switch, Then try.

If possible please past the sh interface details.

Thanks for your reply. I was not configured multiple vlan .Its 10.20.20.x/30 IP address.still same issues. getting packet  loss at around every 28 successfull reply.

Can you paste the result of the ping test done from the switch. And can you also show us the interface configuration on which you have the huawei device connected: "show interface x/x" "show run interface x/x".
