what could be the reason to get that kind of ping respond

Switch: 3132Q

Router/Firewall: DELL R320 Chelsio T580-SO-CR 2x40Gb ports

OS: pfSense

Server: DELL R710 Mellanox ConnectX-3 network adapter 2x40Gb ports

OS: ESXI

VM: Windows Server 2016

Switch config

Po1           LACP_CH_PFSENSE       connected trunk     full    40G     --

When configuring LACP should "Po1" in my case be configured and eth1/1-2 be left as default

switchport access vlan 1

what is your VLAN1  Interface or Gateway IP resides 10.11.12.1 where ? in Switch ?

Do you have any topology to understand how they are connected ?
