Packet traced network can ping but cannot in lab

Just created a network in packet tracer and have no trouble pinging, I did the same thing in my lab and I cannot ping. The router was erased. What else could it be?

where did you recreate the lab ? In GNS3 ? 

Post the relevant configurations...
