I am using Cisco Packet Tracer in Mac and when I tried to login it's keep loading for a long time and no result, I am having this issue since last 2 days. However, if I tried to login netacad.com directly using browser it's working fine but the Packet Tracer app is not recognising the login of browser. For the reference, I have attached screenshot here.

Hello @ssdsodha ,
Change the password for your NetAcedemy then login to packet tracer with new password. Strange but it works..!
Best regards

This issue is common on Mac with Cisco Packet Tracer. It typically happens due to compatibility issues or network restrictions. Try the following:
Close Packet Tracer completely. Open Terminal and run sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder to flush DNS. Restart Packet Tracer. If it still hangs, uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Packet Tracer for macOS. Also, ensure that no firewall or antivirus is blocking Packet Tracer’s connection. Avoid VPNs during login.
