password mismach

hi experts

this ahmad i work as a junior network engineer and i have an issue

i have cisco router 3900 series and when i plug it in the electic first time i maked write erase then reload without chainging default password so when i tried after reload to login the default username and password is not accepted which is ( cisco ,cisco) i tried case sensiteve also but it not accepted so i tried to make password recovery also not accepted so what have to do experts

when you do a write erase and save you wipe out the entire config. you should be able to access the router thru console without any passwords. if you need telnet you will have to setup the router to accept telnet sessions and put in credentials
