PEC Access devices

Guys,

I am trying to access the PEc devices, but when I click on Telnet, nothing happens. Do you know what could be ? I checked and the crhome is not blocking the pop ups.

Have you ever experienced this issue ?

Hi Renato,

I assume you're referring to the Partner Education Connection? If so have you read the Telnet fix for Windows 7 and IE8 (32 and 64 bit versions). This tells you of registry changes that are required in order to associate the telnet action from PEC to an application on our PC.

If you don't have access to the above link, then check on the Help tab for the course that you're taking and you should see instructions there.
