Hi
Can anyone tell me if Supervisor Engine 720 Version 12.2(18)SXF8 fiber port supports qos trust and service-policy on the interface at the same time? I have this setup at the moment and the "show policy-map interface gig5/1" doesn't give me any hits on my policy is the trust command taking preference in this case?

Hi,
I believe the "show policy-map int xxxxx" is only when packets are software switched. Since, this is a SUP720, can you do a "show mls qos ip gig xxxxx" and check for hits.
Also, can you post the configuration from the interface. If memory serves, I think qos trust dscp takes precedence over policy map and you can only make use of one. But, this needs lab validation.
Regards,
Arul

I have both trust and a service policy attched to the interface and here is the output of a show mls qos ip interface gig5/1
65kaapp0019#show mls qos ip gigabitEthernet 5/1
[In] Policy map is PER-USER-POLICING [Out] Default.
