ping issue

Hi ,

     i am facing problem in mpls network, two branches connected through MPLS. i am able to ping with source of LAN interface, but i am not able to ping through with wan ip address. Same i  checked with traceroute with source its reaching the traget. i am seen with two r three customers, what might be the problem

do you have dynamic routing with your provider?

do you have a route for the remote CE's /30 link on your local CE (same on the other side)?

ask your provider to make sure they are advetising the PE-CE /30 into your VRF
