Pls help??

In my existing n/w router connected to L3 switch where i have connected 30 L2 switches. Due to power problem i want to add a new L3 switch in different room without affecting existing n/w instead of existing L3 switch.. without removing old l3 switch How to acheive this?

You are going to add new L3 device in the network. It won't affect any existing devices in the network. But make sure the routing configuration in the switch.
