Hello all,
I have booked my lab exam today for a January date. My status is showing, paid via credit card: pending approval. What shall i do ? no payment has been done from the account, i have verified it, my lab date is just 2 weeks from now so can someone help me whom shall i contact ?

You do not tell us where you will be taking the exam and the question of where to contact may vary depending on location.
