PoE doesn't work on 3750X, works on Dell?

Having an odd problem with PoE. Trying to replace an old Dell 3524 which does 802.3af  PoE

I've come down to three PoE devices that won't power up on any Cisco switches but work fine on the Dell. Dell says it's class 0 on the port.

I've tried 2960, 3750G and 3750X. On the 3750X I've updated to latest 15.2 to make sure there are no PoE bugs.

I think I've tried every interface level PoE command on the Cisco side.

Any thoughts?

You will have to tell the Cisco switch the maximum power on the port if it is over 15.4W. In interface command issue the "power inline port maximum" command. The 3750X will go up to 30W.

Cheers,

Sam

Using the 3750X, have you tried running a TDR on the port?
