Hello All,
I am facing some PoE issues in Cisco 9300, I wonder if anyone has experienced the same?

Hello,
that looks like a hardware failure. All the other ports appear to be good except this one. You might want to try an upgrade to one of the recommended XE releases:
Release Bengaluru-17.6.5 MD
Release Cupertino-17.9.4a MD

what is the end device connecting to this port - try change the Ethernet cable and test ?
is this only Port having issue ? have you tried different port is the same issue ?
as @Georg Pauwen suggested try upgrading the IOS XE see any difference before you go other route for TAC.

End device is the Polycom Handset. As of now, if we remove any working phone and try to connect it back it will not work.
Tried to use new ports but same issue.
There are few Access Points also on this switch but so far they are ok

there is no lldp at all
debug lldp packets <<- run this if you see lldp then it OK and there is bug or lldp mismatch if there is no packets then the cable is cut or the phone is dead
