Dear Community,
All of a sudden 2 ports on a Cisco WS-C2960X-24PD-l are dead. These ports where configured for 2 VOIP telephones from the brand Mitel
15.2(2)E3 - C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M
Port config:
description DATA-VOIP
switchport access vlan 100
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 10
mls qos trust cos
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
These 2 ports still work when we connect PC or laptop to it, but doesn't grant poe when we connect telephone to it.
Conencting the same telephone to another port does work. We have replaced the cables aswell.

Debug with ilpower powerman, events and port gives me these result

Testing with following commands did not work
power inline port 2x mode
shut
no shut
Default interface + reconfiguring
Thanks in advance,
Christophe

Hi sometimes they actually go, like die completely POE just fails altogether , I have multiple blades and switches around my network globally with individual ports marked as dead POE in description , just stopped working still work with pcs etc as you seen
you could RMA it of supported , but if its dead its not coming back with any config changes
