PoE on Catalyst 2960 Series SI for PoE and 2950 Seriess

May I know if PoE is available on these two Cisco Switch PoE on Catalyst 2960 Series SI for PoE and 2950 Series?
I don't see the below command in the interface configuration mode:
Switch(config-if)#power inline ?
% Unrecognized command

some old code may not support some command, what is the IOS code running

show power inline should give you available power

I understand the latest version is 12.1(22)EA14. Do I need to upgrade the IOS first?

These devices are end of life long back, may be i do not re-call command, if you have access the IOS and able to upgrade, then upgrade and test it.
