Policy Map not working

Hi.

 

I have configured policy map on cisco ASR1002-X (2RU-X)

 

police cir 210000000
conform-action transmit
exceed-action drop
violate-action drop

 

but from my monitoring the traffic can reach 600mb.

How to solve this one.

Is it applied to any interface? Share some output as:

show policy-map interface XXXXX

show policy-map xxxx

Q : Is it applied to any interface?

A : Yes, it applied to the sub-interface
