Policy Map type control policy is limited to 28 policy only

Hi Team,

I am doing migration from the old Nexus (v 9.3(5))  to New Nexus devices 10.3(4a)M. I discovered that the existing Nexus can support more than 30+ control policy, but while I am importing the config to the new Nexus switches, it giving me an alert something like "Control Plane Policy support max 28 policy only." Then I checked back the previous configuration, it is more than 30 policy on exisitng configuration. Anyone can assist me on this? 

Beside, I cannot fine any Cisco official article that mentioned that it is only support max to 28 policy, either from old version article or latest version article to support my statement to my internal team.

Hi @MHM Cisco World ,thanks for the respond, I do not have the access now, I only have the back up. What I have apply is these. For "policy-map type control-plane copp-system-policy-2", are those policy I cannot input to "policy-map type control-plane copp-system-policy", I create a temporary object to store it.
