Port-Channel up/down continuity

Hi all

I have pair Switch Nexus 5k connect to pair Switch Nexus 2k by eVPC like this:

Untitled.png

I config on Switch Nexus 5k:

Config FEX (105)
# fex 105
# interface eth2/6
# no shutdown
# channel-group 105
# interface port-channel 105
# no shutdown
# description Link_FEX105
# switchport mode fex-fabric
# vpc 105
# fex associate 105
Config FEX (106)
# fex 106
# interface eth2/8
# no shutdown
# channel-group 106
# interface port-channel 106
# no shutdown
# description Link_FEX106
# switchport mode fex-fabric
# vpc 106
# fex associate 106

But now when i show log i allway see this log:

2020 Mar 19 05:24:07 DC-ACC-SW-P2 %ETHPORT-5-IF_DOWN_PORT_CHANNEL_MEMBERS_DOWN: Interface port-channel106 is down (No operational members)

Can anyone help me? How to fix this log

here is my suggestions :

Config FEX (105)
# fex 105
# interface eth2/6
# no shutdown

#switchport mode fex
# channel-group 105
# interface port-channel 105
# no shutdown
# description Link_FEX105
# switchport mode fex   - check to fex
# vpc 105
# fex associate 105

1.make sure same config done on both the nexus 5K.

2. make sure you have right optic FET or equivalent

3. what is the distance between FEX and nexus 5K

4. check the fibre patch leads by twising in the end side (if you have any fibre patch pannel between parent switch and FEX).

5. Look out logs - show logging last 100

post output

show interface eth eth2/6 transceiver

Thanks

But the distance has influence to the connection between Nexus 5k and 2k??

yes if the distance is more you need to use 10G-LR with single mode, if it more than MM distance.

Look at the matrix :
