Port channeling SX350 & SX550

Hi Guys,

Got a strange issue between our core switch SX550-48 to our edge switch SX350-48. We use 4 copper links between the edge and core in a single port channel. The core switch shows all physical links up but the edge side is down. Not sure what is going on here but we have the same config on all of our switches stack across the site which works fine.

Hi,

Can you check that non-candidate ports are getting suspended or not?

If Ports are in suspended mode then restart that remote switch. I am facing same issue with 550X from the last 1 year. No solution found yet.

Hey Keepak,

Thanks for the reply. Can confirm that the port's are not suspended - very strange one. Tried changing the cables too incase of a physical issue.

Jonathan

Can you post  the config of the physical and pc interfaces from both switches please?
