Port flapping

I got this error message in the log:

You found answer in your logs, the interface connected to port on G4/4 is negotiating speed as 100 not Gig. For bundling port (etherchannel) port characteristic should match and speed is also 1 of the factor.

Gi4/4 is not compatible with aggregators in channel 204 and cannot attach to them (speed of Gi4/4 is 100M, Gi4/3 is 1000M)

Gi 4/4 cannot join PortChannel 204 because the interface is only at 100 Mbps while members of PortChannel 204 are negotiated at 1 Gbps.
