Hi,
I am using static NAT in my cisco 3825 router for video conferencing but i cant see other side audio and video but they see my video and audio .Is there any port open issue or some thing else .

Do you have any access-list or firewall between the source and the destination that can be dropping this packets?

Yes for allowing port 1720,5060,60001-7

I think you have to permit also 16384 - 32767 (UDP for RTP traffic) and 5061 TCP/UDP for SIP traffic.
