Port-security command explanation

what is the effect of this command on switch?

port-secuirty dynamic learn mac address will be remove from port-secuity address table if the SW not receive any frame from PC (with that MAC address) "inactive" for 2 min. 
this timeout is different than mac-address aging timeout (5 min)

Hi Knaik99, 

1) switchport port-security aging time 2 :  Using this command we're specifying the aging time which here is set at 2 minutes 

2) switchport port-security aging type inactivity : Using this Command we're specifying the Aging type as Inactivity 

So now , the secure Mac address on this port will only be deleted if the secure addresses are inactive for the specified  aging time.

, which means that after 2 min(the time you have specified).

The Aging type can also be set as : 

"absolute" — The secure addresses on that port are deleted after the specified aging time, they need not be inactive .
