Port Showing error in Switch Model W-C2960CX-8PC-L.

Here I'm using Latest version of Cisco Switche C2960CX "15.2(7)E9" but it shows the below error one of its port.

hulc_sfp_iic_intf_read_eeprom sfp _index 1 yeti_iic_read_retry fail
hulc_sfp_iic_intf_read_eeprom sfp _index 1 yeti_iic_read_retry fail
hulc_sfp_iic_intf_read_eeprom sfp _index 1 yeti_iic_read_retry fail diagnostic.

I would appreciate it if someone checked it and helped me to fix it.

Hi there,

The error suggests a problem with reading the SFP module EEPROM. If the software is the latest version, I think the root cause is on SFP modules. Try using this command to verify SFP status:

show interface transceiver
