Port traffic throttling

I am trying to throttle a single port on a Cisco 3560 Cat swith running Cisco IOS Software, C3560 Software (C3560-IPSERVICES-M), Version 12.2(25)SEE2 to 5Mb, can someone provide me with links to where I need to look or possibly some short directions? Thank you in advance, all help is appreciated.

Router(config-if)traffic-shape rate bit-rate [burst-size [excess-burst-size]]

That would work on a router, not a 3560 switch :)
