POST: inline Power Post Failed

i have C2960X ver15.2(2)E5 Release (FC2) it is 24 port switch none of gi interface are up except FE..

Hard reboot (pull the power cord). If the same error message appears, contact TAC and organize for an RMA.

since i got few of those off ebay, ther is no fixing PoE. switch works w/o PoE, right? so u can keep it if u dont need PoE

even without poe i cannot use this switch all interface are showing not connected / disable..
