Power button and Internet button in Red

Good morning!

I have a Router Cisco DDR2200 Residential.  The problem is when I turn on the power button is red,  Lan1, Lan2, Lan3 and Lan4 are green and internet button is red. I tried to turn off  a few times but does not work. I tried to long in and  does not work neither.  I want to know if is broken or if I can repair it.  I have contacted some technical in my country (DR) but they do not know what happen.

Please I need your help.
