Power Supply Error Explanation

 Hello All,

Can someone please explain me this error when I do a Show power status.

Does the error mean I have a faulty Power-Supply ?

Switch model is cisco WS-C4506-E

what is your Logs show ? and what version of code ( to check any bugs reported)
