Privilege level for Xconnect

hi all

i want to configure a user with privilge to configure L2TP via Xconnect

but i try to add xconnect in my privilge level config but anythink;

this is my config

privilege interface level 12 xconnect

and this is what i have when i try i have this outpout :

RTR7206-El-Qods(config-subif)#xconnect ?         

  A.B.C.D  IP address of peer

RTR7206-El-Qods(config-subif)#xconnect 1.1.1.1 ?

  <1-4294967295>  Enter VC ID value

RTR7206-El-Qods(config-subif)#xconnect 1.1.1.1 12 ?

privilege interface all level 3 xconnect
