Hi Hossam!
- Did something happen in your network before this error appeared? such as a IOS upgrade plan or a power outage?
- Is your switch in stack?
My guess with the information provided is that the processor is trying to boot the image without success because of the boot variable not correctly configured in the switch or a faulty image detection.
Are you getting into rommon mode after this?
Best regards!
JC

hi,
this happened to me on a new 3650 switch. you could use USB and issue the command:
switch: boot usbflash0:<IOS.bin>
see helpful link:

hi,
i didn't see any boot commands after you've copied the .bin file to its flash.
configure this line, do a write mem and reload afterwards:
Switch(config)# boot system switch all flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin
