Problem obtaining DHCP address when connected to a CBS350 switch

Problem: Clients connected to a CBS350 switch cannot obtain a DHCP address when the CBS350 is connected to a 3850, but can obtain an DHCP address if the CBS350 is attached to a 9404R.

The switch is not the DHCP server.
