Hi all;
I have two server behind a ASA5505, the first one 192.168.1.4 for resolution of DNS domain name (expl: cisco.com) under Windows 2003 and the second one 192.168.1.5 Exchange 2003 for mailing, I forwarde the ports 53 to 192.168.1.4 for DNS server, and the ports 25 and 110 to 192.168.1.5 for the mail server.
But it does not work, I have an error message when I send a message (copy below) to a mailbox expl "user" of the domain expl "test.com".

I don't think this is a problem in your asa. Their could be multiple problems. When I see this error message you got a problem with dns.
When you do a nslookup on the exchange server for the domain Cisco.com, do you get an result?

Hi Bjorn Timmer;
thanks for your answer but i have the first configuration installed with Cisco routeur 857 + Sever WIndows 2003 AD domain + Trendmicro SMTP Gateway and it work fine and the mail serveur work fine.
when i change the routeur and i add the ASA5505 i have this probleme so i think the probleme is the ASA.
in the router i forward all port to the interface outside of ASA.
Hi John Blakley,
Thanks; below the configuration.
