Respected Sir/Madam
I have a CISCO WS-C2948G-L3 switch with me, when I power it up I get the following message :-

Also, when I connect a staright cable from the switch into my PC lan port it does not show anything on my pc, so I am unable to put the IOS through tftp.
Please let me know what is the problem with the switch, and how can I restore it back to normal working condition.
Looking forward for your reply at the earliest.
Regards
Nimish Singh

Hi Nimish,
Found a procedure "
Recover the Catalyst 4500/4000, Catalyst 2948G, Catalyst 2980G, and Catalyst 4912G"
at the following location;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps663/products_tech_note09186a00800949c3.shtml#cat4k
good luck.
