Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image
------ ----- ----- ---------- ----------
1 52 WS-C2960S-48LPS-L 12.2(55)SE7 C2960S-UNIVERSALK9-M
* 2 52 WS-C2960S-48TS-L 12.2(55)SE7 C2960S-UNIVERSALK9-M
the gbics only link with other remote Cisco Switch , but not with other extreme summit switch or avaya c363t switch . The gbic interfaces only have this config params:
switchport trunk allowed vlan ................................
switchport mode trunk
the only one interface up is the one that link with other cisco switch. To test all the components then config another switch 2960X , put the gbics on it and oooppss!! all interfaces gone UP without problem.
differences? 2960S are in stack, 2960X standalone , 2960S has OS 12.2 , 2960X has OS 15.0.
please help me!! (sorry for my bad english )
