Problem with Link Aggregation Sg350 and Synology NAS

I've created the bond on the NAS.  But after I configure the switch the NAS locks up.  At one point I see is "Failed To Establish ieee 802.3ad connection."  Removing the LAG gets the NAS back online.  I made sure LACP was enabled and the correct ports were selected on the switch.  The NAS and PC are on the same VLAN.  I tried enabling the VLAN option on the NAS but that completely locked it up and forced me to reset the box.  Wondering if anyone else had issues with a Synology (1522+) NAS and a Cisco SG350 switch.
