problem with tcl in IOS 12.4T for 857w

I've a cisco router 857w with IOS 12.4(15)T13, and i receive an error when send "tclsh" command?

Router#tclsh
Translating "tclsh"...domain server (192.168.1.151)

% Unknown command or computer name, or unable to find computer address      

TCL is not supported in new IOS ????

No, all command "scripting " or "tclsh" are not recognized!

I think that cisco "FORGET" to include TCL tools in your new image IOS!

i find information about the last image IOS that contains a TCL tools are "c850-advsecurityk9-mz.124-4.T1.bin"

cisco anyone who can confirm this?

I've tried a "c850-advsecurityk9-mz.124-4.T1.bin" and this contain TCL scripting tools command, but this image are very old!!!!
