Prompt respond from SUP COLD state

Hi Expert,

If SUP card stay in COLD state, can i access the card via 'session slot' command or console cable?

I tested in lab, i couldn't get any prompt when i access to the card via console cable.

Hi,

You can try this

Reboot the stand-by Sup while you are connected to it via console.  If it boots correctly, login to the first sup and provide the output of "sh redu"

I mean when sup card went to the COLD state, you cannot get any access to the card? even you try console the card?
