PS-1 not present but giving bad input power

Power supply-1 is not present.Ideally it should give status as Not present but giving  no input power bad which ultimately results in triggering error in monitoring tool. Switch version is 03.07.05E.
show environment all

Switch 1 FAN 1 is OK
Switch 1 FAN 2 is OK
Switch 1 FAN 3 is OK
FAN PS-1 is NOT PRESENT
FAN PS-2 is OK
Switch 1: SYSTEM TEMPERATURE is OK

Have you tried updating the firmware of the switch first?

No . I have not updated firmware. The cisco ios-xe version is 03.07.05E mapping to ios version 15.2(3)E5. Is this IOS bug?

first, i would physically visit and check is the PSU on and Power input connected - if that is all done.

if you have got dual PSU, remove the Power and re-connect and test it.
