PVLANs on Cisco Nexus and Hyper-V Hosts

I am trying to configure isolation between different customers on a single public VLAN, and this VLAN is configured on the Nexus 5K, passed on a trunk towards a Hyper-V Host (on which customers VMs exist) and the Gateway is configured on a firewall also connected to the Nexus 5k as well though a trunk port. Any idea on how PVLANs can be of help (Since customers are not connected to physical ports of the nexus).
