QoS Multicast Audio Network (AES67, AoIP etc...) using DSCP and 802.1p - Cisco 3560

Hi I'm having difficulty at balancing BE with EF traffic on a multicast audio network. We basically want a mixed network for use with both multicast audio traffic (AES67, AoIP etc...) and normal BE traffic. The multicast audio traffic is tagged with DSCP values 46 (CoS 5) and 48 (CoS 6 & 7) for low latency and jitter. The problem is that whenever we do a File transfer or access a web server we get speeds less than 100Mbps on a 1Gbps port. The max data being transferred in any given port is ~230Mbps (which must be QoS tagged Multicast traffic). This is the current global config recommended by the manufacturer which we are using:

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 1 threshold 1 6 7
mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 2 threshold 1 5
mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 3 threshold 1 0 1
mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 1 threshold 1 48
mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 2 threshold 1 46
mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 3 threshold 1 0
mls qos map cos-dscp 0 8 16 24 32 46 48 56
mls qos queue-set output 1 buffers 20 70 5 5
mls qos

Per port:

switchport voice vlan dot1p
priority-queue out
mls qos trust dscp or cos (depending on the equipment in use)

Ideally we want to preserve the ~230Mbps for the multicast (with minimal packet loss and latency) and at least 300Mbps for the BE traffic.

Pete
