question about multiple squid cache on the same router of platform 7604

hi ,

i have router cisco 7604 which its topology as below :

i have two networks :

network from sw2 , and netwotk from sw3

each network has its specific exit interface  on the router 7604 .

ive posted the config of wccp on the graph above :

note the config in the red colour   which is configured on the interfaces as shown above .

note that the green colurs are configured to gloabal config of router

now ,

squid 1 is working fine with the topology above and its consumming about 30 % of cpu .

now ,

if i want to add another suqid cache  "squid2"

actually i dont know what is the best method to put two squid cache servers with wccp protocol on the same router .

to be honest ,

i began to think to let squid 2 work with dynamci services # 60 , # 70 as in the graph above .

my new config became as below :

but :

the problem is the cpu of the router reached 100 % and couldnt continue !!!!!

can anyone help me with the best soultion of my problem ????
