Presume you're referring to a fixed-chassis switch. If so, then I'm not aware of any. The best you can do is buy a L3 switch with limited feature set - i.e. 3560-X with 'LAN Base' IOS.
You can configure some 2960 series switches to do limited static routing, but that doesn't make them an L3 switch to my mind.
