Hi,

Answer to your ques: A. Cisco Discovery Protocol traffic travels on the native VLAN by default.

More details:

Vlan 1 can be the native Vlan (carry untaged traffic on trunks) or not

Any untagged traffic coming into the switch is assumed to be on vlan 1. if Native VLAN is 1 , you can change the native VLAN to VLAN 10 or any number.

****Vlan 1 cannot be deleted ( because transmits and receives packets from control protocols such as CDP, DTP, etc )

The routing table consists of at least three information fields:

  1. the network id: i.e. the destination subnet
  2. cost/metric: i.e. the cost or metric of the path through which the packet is to be sent
  3. next hop: The next hop, or gateway, is the address of the next station to which the packet is to be sent on the way to its final destination
Network id Cost Next hop

Hi,

It is "NTP Master"

To configure the Cisco IOS software as a Network Time Protocol (NTP) master clock to which peers synchronize themselves when an external NTP source is not available, use the ntp master command in global configuration mode. To disable the master clock function, use the noform of this command.

Thank you, I am sorry to disturb you, I have one more question,

Which statement about routing protocols is true?
A. Link-state routing protocols choose a path by the number of hops to the destination.

D. IS-IS is a distance-vector routing protocol.

Under which circumstance should a network administrator implement one-way NAT?

A.

when the network must route UDP traffic

B.

when traffic that originates outside the network must be routed to internal hosts

C.

when traffic that originates inside the network must be routed to internal hosts

D.

when the network has few public IP addresses and many private IP addresses require outside access

HI ,

Baby Giant frames are just slightly larger than the maximum size of an ethernet frame. Typically this means frames up to 1600 bytes in size.

2. OSPF is a link-state routing protocol.

3.when the network has few public IP addresses and many private IP addresses require outside access

Hey man, are you sure about your answer for question 3? One-way nat implies question is about static NAT.  And your answer D is to use dynamic NAT. Shouldn't answer be B? When host inside is a server and all trafic from outside is translated to one IP?

I also think the answer is B.

Hi all,

I have one doubt about this question. I'm not quite sure about the differences between NTP Server and NTP Master, so I don't understand why in this case we must use NTP Master.

Would you mind to explain in short ?

Thank you.

Answer of your second Question:

IP address of the remote router for forwarding the packets
