We are facing an issue which we haven't yet been able to solve. We are running a WS-C3650-24TS switch with IOS XE 03.06.04E and IPservices license. We have tried to implement NAT but somehow we are unable to create pools because the "ip nat pool" command is not available:

We are not able to enable Paired-Address-Pooling (PAP) because the "ip nat settings" is not available as you can see on the above code.
