How do I get a show command to list its output continuously, without interrupting every page for a --More-- pause and a keystroke?

Samuel,
There are two ways of accomplishing this. One of them is short term and one is long term in adjusting the length to your console or telnet session.
1.) type "term length 0" in your existing session and will last only during the session.
2.) configure "length 0" under line vty or console. This will stay as long as the command is there.

Found it: Run "terminal length 0" at the prompt.
