Hi everyone. I need your help on one issue about rate-limiting. I work in service provider company and we have WS-C6506-E Catalyst which is connected to another ISP and is working mainly for internet service. However there is a problem with rate policing. In customer side upload speed is not limited(Inbound for our switch interface).

The configuration example:
class-map match-all ratelimite
match any
policy-map WORD
class ratelimite
police 10240000 320000 320000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
And service policy is implemented as both input and output in interface vlan. However when we check we see that while input speed is policed, upload speed is freely used by customers.
What is solution for this issue.
