reason for more option wrt power supply for switch like 9300

when we open CCW and try to buy switch like 9300-24T then we have 3 option of power supply unit i.e.315,750 ,900 etc.

what is the reason for such provision by cisco ?and which one to select as per our need.

315,750 ,900  - this based on the PoE requirement - if you have devices required PoE you need caculate and order appropriate PSU to support PoE devices.

If no PoE requirement, then you can order base PSU which can support switch and some left over for PoE.

By saying that check the model what you buying, some model come with fixed.
