Reboot switch 3560G issue

I have a problem while rebooting switch 3560 as below:

Boot Sector Filesystem (bs) installed, fsid: 2
Base ethernet MAC Address: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
Xmodem file system is available.
The password-recovery mechanism is enabled.

anyone faced this problem or have any idea to reboot that?
