Recommended IOS

On the wireless side you have AssureWave certified IOS but on the R&S side of the house where is a good place to find a certified/approved IOS. Does cert.gov or another government site recommend software?

Cisco has similar program called safe harbor testing for the 6500 series switches, which is similar to the AssureWave program. Haven't seen one for the routing side of the house.
